Each course has a character and winks at tradition. Given the restaurant's profile, the first course is reasonably priced. This is technically very difficult to achieve. Avant Gard dishes with never-before-tasted flavors is the name of the game here. The chef reached for the stars and achieved the feat with a Michelin star in a matter of months.
