The restaurant Rear pushes the envelope when it comes to daring the sensibilities and sensitivities of diners, but in fact, the dishes are well thought out and never fail to amaze diners with their surprising knack for tickling the taste buds. Each course has a character and winks at tradition. Given the restaurant's profile, the first course is reasonably priced. This is technically very difficult to achieve. Avant Gard dishes with never-before-tasted flavors is the name of the game here. The chef reached for the stars and achieved the feat with a Michelin star in a matter of months. The excellent wine cellar has to be mentioned. The products are par excellence. Impeccable service and prices that are surprisingly not exorbitant make this place worth visiting repeatedly.
