Founded by friends Robyn and Bailey in an effort to deliver innovative beers, the Jackalope Brewing Company launched its brewery and associated taproom in May 2011. While the brewery offers guided tours every Saturday, the taproom is a fun space where patrons can taste fresh seasonal and year-round brews. Some of the specialties of Jackalope Brewing Company include the Thunder Ann American Pale Ale, Rompo Red Eye Ale and the Leghorn Rye India Pale Ale. Alongside sampling of the beers, guests can also engage in some spontaneous trivia revelry, held every Thursday night.
