"Rich History"
This heritage building was built in the early 18th Century and is also known as Bridal Veil and Sobradinho due to its steep sloping roof. It was the first of its kind as a private property in the city at that time. It was for a time the base of the Band of Music and the Union of Workers till it was bought by the state government in 1960. From 1965-1978, it was the Museum of Art and History of Rio Grande do Norte. Since 1979 it has been known as Cafe Filho Museum and contains illustrative collections of the late president Café Filho such as his campaign records, travel photos, home furnishing and private library.
