Once a grain store catering for the needs of the local community, this historic 1766 building was in use in its original function until 1970. The original character of the building has, however, been maintained despite its conversion into a popular international restaurant. Located in one of Flensburg's attractive courtyards it can easily be reached from the busy harbour. The Porter House is located in the historic Gnomenkeller vaults in the pedestrian precinct. It is one of Flensburg's renowned city center steak houses.
