Located in Villach commune of Feld am See, Afritzer See is a picturesque lake. The lake was divided into two smaller parts due to a rock fall in the adjacent mountain range and are connected to each other by Talwasserscheide. Weissensee is a freshwater lake that is very popular in the township for bathing and several activities that take place here during summer and winter months. Four boats and one speedboat are the only water vehicles that operate in the lake and the water body comes under the protected zone of Austria.
