Maintained and managed by the Amity & Woodbridge Historical Society, the Darling House Museum dates back to the 1770s. This house belonged to Thomas Darling, a prominent citizen of Connecticut. Currently, this house museum opens its doors on special occasions only, but you can also avail group tours with prior appointment.
Located in New Haven's scenic Lighthouse Point Park, this historic carousel dates back to 1916. With over 70 characters to choose from, as well as two chariots, you can take a spin on ornate horses and camels. Make sure you look out for George Washington conducting the orchestra as you make your way around. No trip to this park is complete without a ride on the carousel.

The Massaro Community Farm is a certified organic farm, which is spread over an area of 57 acres (23 hectares) in the beautiful town of Woodbridge. The farm is dedicated to farming activities and produces fruits, vegetables, flowers, honey etc, it believes in feeding people and building a strong community, which helps in enhancing the quality of life of the present and future generations. Apart from a farm there is a children’s garden and nature trails to explore. They also offer children and adults farming related education and organize several community events every year. Visitors can enjoy field trips and guided tours, and the entry fee varies according to the activity undertaken.
One of the prime wine-makers in the city, Gouveia Vineyards is where some of the finest wines come to life. Perched atop a hill in Wallingford, with lush green fields and breath-taking views of the countryside at its backdrop, this is also one of the must-visit spots in the city. Everything that goes into the products of this winery is grown on its 140-acre (56.6 hectare) vineyards, assuring a consistent batch each time. Visitors here can also take a tour of the vineyard and winery, wherein each stage of production cane be experienced, from the picking of fruits to the barreling and ageing.
