Unlike most Italian restaurants that highlight the traditional cuisine of only one or a few of Italy's many regions, this restaurant's menu presents a carefully chosen selection of dishes from every single one of the country's 20 regions, highlighting each one's own unique style and culinary flair. Sample mouthwatering pasta dishes like ravioli filled with fontina cheese fondue and in white truffle butter, and lasagna of béchamel, bolognese and parmigiano, or indulge in entrees like sirloin steak and pan seared veal scaloppin. The restaurant also offers a varied weekend brunch menu featuring burgers, pancakes, omlettes and more, as well as a tapas menu that is best enjoyed with a glass of wine. The wine selection is composed of close to 50 Italian wines that complement the food beautifully.
