"Giddy-up, Eat & Drink!"

As an extended personality of its sibling restaurant Cowgirl in the West Village, Cowgirl Seahorse was opened in 2009. Cowgirl Seahorse is headed by Sherry Delamarter, a veteran restaurateur in NYC, and she serves delicious Southwestern/Southern cuisine with New York-inspired flavor. The restaurant is housed in an ancient corner of Lower Manhattan, where the venerable Bridge and Paris Cafe are located. The interior is exposed brick and nautical/western themes are highlighted. The menu features everything from the Louisiana-special po'boys to other Southern treats such as Chicken-fried steak and a brunch selection that includes Cap'n Crunch-crusted French toast.
