The owner, Taren Kinew is self-taught, and the baked good retain the same high quality of home-baked desserts in prettier packaging. The cake pops, push pops, pie pops and mini tartlets are very popular here. The store also features catering services and takes special orders for parties and events. Most of the mini desserts come in half-dozen or full-dozen boxes. There are a few tables at the shop for patrons who wish to dine in.

A fun and friendly place, Panino, house cures meats and makes their sausages in-house. Proud of his "meat cave" owner Nino Loreto ages and processes all their meat himself and sells the cured meats in retail. He uses only animals from local farms that are pasture raised, without antibiotics or synthetic hormones. His passion is well rewarded as you'll find a lot of office goers stopping by for lunch. Though the sandwiches are the highlight of the place, there are other items on the ever-changing menu. Some of their outstanding dishes are the Bacon Ranch Fries, the Applewood Smoked Turkey Melt, the Italian Panino which comes with Arugula, Capicola, Provolone, Onions, Mortadella, and Peppers. The charcuterie plate is highly recommended. The regulars at the bar enjoy the Panino Fizz, the 1855 and the Kentucky Mule.
