Simple eats, a selection of beers and cocktails, and the ubiquitous bottle keep are all available for reasonable prices. Door charge for live music are moderately priced and depend on whose playing.
Misen Imaikehonten is known for its Taiwan Ramen, which is essentially a cross between Chinese dan dan noodles and traditional Japanese ramen. Ordering should not be a problem even if you do not speak Japanese as the menu is mainly pictorial.
