Established in 2006, William Reaves Sarah Foltz Fine Art is the place to be if you're a fan of traditional Texas art. Located on Wallisville Road, this spacious open-air pavilion is sandwiched between the Jim and JoAnn Fonteno Family Park and North Shore Park. It has been the neighborhood's choice for community events and sundry. The pavilion is kitted out with a dependable cook house, serving space and even restrooms. In the past, it has played host to several community festivals like Spring Fling.
