This heritage center was established in 1983 in collaboration with Tourism Malaysia. Located in a 1925 Tudor building, it was set up with the aim of preserving Malaysia's architectural heritage. Within the premises is a reference library for public use and a gift shop. Outside, there is a bamboo hut built by the indigenous tribe of the Temiar community. One of the interesting features here is a restored Malay timber house known as the "Rumah Penghulu," formerly the home of a local headman in Kedah. Admission: Free.

Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra was hailed as the "Father of Independence" for his role in freeing the nation from colonial power. He then became the first Prime Minister of Malaysia. Once his official residence, this memorial is located in an expansive built-up area of 10,219 square meters (110,000 square feet), making it the largest memorial in the world. Housed in a sprawling complex consisting of three main buildings, it provides a permanent archive for all materials belonging or relating to the late leader.
