In the last year of WWII, this mom-and-pop restaurant began as a stand that sold French Dip sandwiches and orange juice. As the story goes, one of Grandma's boys was inadvertently eating spaghetti in front of one the customers. The spaghetti wasn't on the menu, however the Cuccia family did not want to refuse a guest so they decided to serve this 'first' customer a bowl and voila! Grandma subsequently transformed her recipes into what became Vince's Spaghetti today. There are three locations, and to honor their founders, the restaurants still serve the French Dip, but most come for the delicious spaghetti and mostaccioli.
