The Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery lies in the town of Nuneaton, England. This gallery is located on the grounds of the Riversley Park and contains three galleries which display fine art paintings as well as objects depicting the local history of the town. A local arts project took a majestic and fruitful turn into The Gold Belt. Situated underneath the Vicarage Road bridge, this innovative piece of local art glorifies the mining past of the town. The belt represents the coal miner's leather belt and thus displays the town's deep connection with mining. The project was a result of the effort of the local artist, Alisha Miller, Warwickshire County Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and was installed in 2003, with financial aid from the Countryside Agency and the local authorities. A shining piece of public artwork that engulfs the area's history.

Alexander Stadium was built in 1978 and the track surface has been upgraded twice since then. It is the principal athletics ground in Birmingham and the televised AAA Championships take place here in July, as well as the BUPA British Championships. If you want to see a home-grown racing team perform, come and watch the Birchfield Harriers who use the stadium for competitions during the summer.
