This brewery, named after the town of Dragoon instead of British army calvary regiments, serves amazing beer in all types of different styles. The tap room is only open five days a week, but when it is you can expect some of the best beers in town. For instance, try their hefty Imperial Stout made in bourbon barrels, it has a whopping 10.3% ABV (alcohol by volume). For lighter weights, the session beers include the Dunkel Weisse and Stronghold American, both are perfectly balanced and can be easily quaffed. Pale Ales, IPAs, lagers and other seasonal beers are usually on tap and during opening times, Dragoon usually has a few food trucks in front of the tap room in order for you to grab a bite to pair with your suds.
