Situated in the heart of Dornbirn, Dornbirn Square is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. What was once a farmers’ colony is now an economic zone where the textile industry has flourished. As a result of many successful protests, this city center was turned into a pedestrian only zone by forbidding cars to drive around in the area.
Located in Dornbirn, Karren is a famous landmark in the area. The mountain peak offers a panoramic view of the surrounding areas of the Rhine Valley and the Austrian-Germany border, making for a memorable experience for visitors.
