Hirsch

Venture to the industrial Gibitzenhof area and visit the Hirsch (Stag), one of Nuremberg's top addresses for those seeking nocturnal entertainment. There is always something going on here, from live-gigs to special events. Lots of unknown bands have managed to gain a wider audience after playing here, and well-known DJs and groups like to pop in now and then. The Hirsch provides enough space for Cabaret artists, Bands, Underground-DJs and bands to demonstrate their talent. The venue has been open since 1994 and the regulars can no longer live without it! Apart from these special-events, there is also a weekly agenda, which incorporates Drum 'n' Bass, Jazz, Techno, Jungle, House and Electronic music. In other words, there is something for everyone. If you don't like dancing, you can relax in the restaurant and bar. During summer, you can even have a coffee outside, whilst looking at the starlit sky.
