Founded by Brad Orrison and his siblings, this family-run barbecue chain has quite some feathers on its cap, what with it being featured on Food Network and winning national acclaim. Nibble on succulent baby back ribs that are cooked to perfection and doused in signature Shed sauce, giving it that extra kick. Their pecan wood-burning smokers adds the much-needed magic to their barbecue. At their Ocean Springs location, there is a live blues band that plays Fridays and Saturdays, because life doesn't get better than slow-eating BBQ to soulful blues music.
