George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park

Paved trails wind through naturalistic environments corralling one-half size to full-size replicas of flying reptiles, dinosaurs, crawlers and marine creatures. The replicas represent creatures from the Permian through the Cretaceous periods and all are painted in accordance with the latest theories on coloration. Some actual bones are on display and a small gift shop provides souvenirs. The park lies 35 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake. Check website for current admission prices and more information.

Lagoon Amusement Park

Located just 20 minutes north of Salt Lake, this is Utah's oldest and largest amusement park. Featuring more than 40 rides, including four different coasters, the park is open from May to October (weather permitting) and offers traditional theme park attractions. X-Venture Zone attractions (including go-cart races and catapult) are not included in an all-day ride pass. Groups and special events are welcome.

Brigham City Museum of Art & History

Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge

The Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge is a wildlife refuge near Brigham City in Utah. Encompassing an area of 79,000 acres (31,970 hectares), the refuge was established in 1928. Every year, it becomes home to millions of migratory birds like bald eagles and tundra swans, who flock the refuge during the migratory season. Comprising an undulating terrain of uplands, mudflats and open water, the region is truly a birdwatcher's paradise. A 12-mile (19.3-kilometer) route takes visitors on a tour of the refuge to explore the pristine natural habitats of the avian species. Brigham City Tabernacle

The Brigham City Tabernacle is a historic structure adorning the heart of the eponymous town in Utah.
