St. Peter & St. Paul's Anglican Church

by pixel2013

"19th-century Church"

Established in 1885, St. George's Anglican Church, as it was then known, is one of the oldest places of worship in the city. The church occupies a majestic Gothic Revival building, with an imposing bell tower and stunning architectural detail. This however, is not the original structure from 1885, as parts of it were destroyed by a major fire in 1898. The church was renamed St. Peter & St. Paul's Anglican Church in 2008.
