Goggin Ice Arena situated on the campus of the Miami University is home to the Miami Red Hawks, the university's ice hockey team. Apart from ice hockey matches, this arena also plays host to synchronized and figure skating events on intramural and varsity levels. Goggin Ice Arena features two rinks, namely Pad A and Pad B. The Pad A is used for all the main events meanwhile Pad B is used for recreational skating and other activities. Since its opening in 2006, this arena has provided the aspiring athletes of the university with a state-of-the-art facility. Skating classes and workshops are also offered here by expert trainers for people of all ages.
The Oxford Community Arts Center is a beautiful 1850 structure which previously belonged to the Miami University. Located at the intersection on High Street and College Avenue, it has a modest area of 1 acre (0.40 hectare). Today, the facility operates a cultural and arts center for the community. Various performing and visual arts are conducted here to bring together the neighborhood people and strengthen the communal bond.
Built in 1983, the Fred C. Yager Stadium has been hosting major football matches since its inception. Serving as a home ground to the Miami Redhawks, the home team of the Miami University, the stadium has played host to several matches and practice sessions. Owned and operated by Miami University, the Millet Hall has been long serving athletes since 1968. It has hosted a number of university tournaments and is the home stadium to sports teams like Miami University's men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball.
