Hampden House is a gargantuan English country house, enveloped by endless stretches of well-maintained lawns. The place derives its name from the former owners of this place - the Hampden family. Some parts of the house are very ancient - like the core of the house which has been standing tall since the 14th Century, with its intricate Gothic windows and beautiful spiral staircases holding on to the magnum opus that the house is. Currently, the site is privately owned, and is used as a filming location as well as a wedding venue.
