Sitting pretty atop the Centre Pompidou, the Costes brothers landmark is itself a work of art housed at the Parisian creative pulse. Georges' futuristic dining room is composed of four bubble-like spaces decorated in aluminum and rubber to exude an industrial appeal. Large bay windows and a spacious terrace usher in bouts of natural light and provide diners with panoramic views of the capital. The cuisine is contemporary, with French classics like Millefeuille de Crabe et Champignons (crab and mushroom in filo pastry), and Canard au Caramel et au Coco (duck in a caramel and coconut sauce). Do leave room for their signature Chocolate Mousse.
