Every Saturday, local artists gather near Bastille to sell their goods and socialize. The market hosts painters, visual artists, watercolourists, engravers, photographers, sculptors, ceramists and fashion designers from all different schools of art. Set against the backdrop of a typical Haussmannian boulevard, this market could not feel more Parisian. The artists set up small tables between booths and chat over wine and cheese while keeping an eye on their wares. The artists are friendly and will chat with customers, too.
