The Museum of the Southeast American Indian

The Museum of the Southeast American Indian is located within the premises of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. The museum is open as a research base and aims to enlighten visitors about the history and tradition of Native American Indians and has a huge display of artifacts that portray their artforms, culture, and lifestyle. There is a special section that is dedicated to the Lumbee Tribe, which is one of the largest tribes of South East America. They organize various outreach and educational programs throughout the year.
