Orpheum Theatre (Phoenix, Arizona)

Located in the Phoenix Convention Center, the Orpheum Theater is one of the oldest historic venues in the city. Built in 1929, the Spanish Baroque-style building underwent major transformation after its purchase by the city of Phoenix in 1984. The theater reopened in January 1997 and continually hosts performances. The building itself listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The venue seats 1,364 and is used for performing arts and touring productions featuring dance, theater, and music concerts.

The Civic Center Mall shares lime light with Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, The City Hall and Civic Center Library amongst others. Nile Theater

Opened in 1924 as a grand movie palace and the first of its kind in Mesa, the Nile Theater has seen a lot in its long history. From being a movie theater to a zealot church, a book-store and hardcore rock space before closing down in 2002, this place has had a varied history, yet remained rooted in the heart of the city's denizens. Though none of its grandeur remain, this rustic concert space is among the best in the state with its state-of-the-art acoustics. Opened in 2010, comprising of three venues, this all-age facility hosts a variety of shows and musicians with the main focus being rock in its different genres.
