Sam's at the Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket, is one of Phuket's leading steakhouses, with its tasty US beef being a firm favorite in this restaurant. The décor resembles a Chicago-style steakhouse, with dark wood and deep-colored fabrics. Take a jumper, as the air-conditioning can get very cold.
