The Frank L. Melega Art Museum was conceptualized by family friend Norma Ryan who decided to set up a lasting home for the works of Frank. This was how it was born in May 1999 when the residents of Brownville awoke to one of the finest museums dedicated to collecting, preserving and showcasing artworks. Lovers of landscapes, portraits, cities, logos, drawings, still life and Impressionism will have lot to look forward to at this museum which also has a good range of educational events lined up.
