Another McMenamins production, the The Black Rabbit Restaurant & Bar is located within the Edgefield accommodations. Northwest American cuisine is the highlight of the menu, with some rather unique specialties such as the Wild Boar delicacy, the New York State with marsala sauce and pulled pork sliders. While fresh ingredients from the resident farm are used in the dishes, it would bode well to ask the server the daily specials and soups for some of their best offerings. To go alongside the traditional preparations, there are several choices in drinks, foremost among which are the many wines, seasonal brews and handcrafted ales.
