Located in the midst of Duluti Forestry Reserve, Lake Duluti was formed in a volcanic crater. Visitors can take a canoe ride in the lake or take a two-hour hike around the lake. Located in the reserve, this lake is filled with impressive flora and fauna.

One of Tanzania's spectacular safari jewels, the Arusha National Park offers a veritable mosaic of colorful landscapes. The shimmering blue of the lovely Momela Lakes in the north section of the park is perfectly complemented by the emerald grassy steppes that surround it. Dotting this sprawling landscape are all kinds of wildlife species, from vibrantly winged turacos and trogons to blue monkeys, giraffes and zebra. The most striking feature of the park however, is easily the majestic Mount Meru whose pinnacle can be seen once the morning haze clears.

Cultural Heritage Centre is a cultural center that is lined with shops that sell locally handcrafted items. The center sells an array of items that include among others, semi-precious stones, clothing, artifacts, sculptures, jewelry as well as antiques and artwork. The center also has a museum that exhibits the lives of over 120 Tanzanian tribes.

Meserani Snake Park houses over 50 snakes and other birds and animals. This park offers guided tours, and visitors can learn a lot about some of the most unique snake species around the world. At the end of your day at the park, you can relax at their campsite, visit the on-site cultural museum or sip on a drink at the bar.

Opened in 1987, National Natural History Museum was built inside a boma, which is a German fortified compound. The museum has two exhibits on human evolution and entomology. You can learn all about this region's fascinating history through one of the guided tours.
