The Zuidwestbrabants archeology museum is housed inside a former Jesuit College belonging to the 17th Century. The museum comprises of various collections that are displayed from time to time through permanent and temporary exhibitions. Here, you can find the artifacts belonging to the Middle Paleolithic time, historic documents of the middle ages comprising of folklore and archival materials. The Servais Collection is a tribute to the cultural and musical life of the 19th Century with works of Halle cellist Adrien François Servais and his family prominently displayed. Photographs, documents, literature, archives and CDs form a major part of collections in this room.

Dedicated to the famous Flemish painter, Felix De Boeck, the Felixart Museum comprises of his work which ranged from Expressionism, Abstract and Symbolic art over a period of his life time. The house which holds and preserves these paintings is a magnificent structure which comprises of 3 sections. Mercator Museum is home to some of Gerard Mercator's maps and globe works. Gerard can be credited for designing some of the first flattened maps that are still in use today. An exceptional cartographer, Mercator is also known to have produced the first world Atlas, and it was him who first coined the term 'Atlas' to refer to a collection of maps. Mercator also made a collection of globe maps, made on wooden or metal spheres. The Museum houses several of his flattened and globe maps, as well as his famous creation, the Mercator Map.

In this magnificent Old England building, one of architect Paul Saintenoy's creations, the Museum of Musical Instruments houses one of the world's largest collections of musical instruments: over 7000 strong. The exhibition displays an array of these, and visitors receive headphones so that they can hear the serenading tunes of these magnificent instruments. There is a museum shop and a library open by appointment. The restaurant on the sixth floor offers a breathtaking view of Brussels.

Surrounded by an arboretum which comprises of 50 exotic trees and shrub species for educational and observational purposes, Bosmuseum Hallerbos provides all there is to know about the beautiful forest of Hallerbos. The museum preserves various documents that throw light on geological and historical facts about the flora and fauna that are spread across 560 acres of forest land.
