The noise level can get a bit high at peak times, but it still enjoys a great deal of popularity with the business class. Maybe the menu is simply too appealing to pass up. The menu is pricey, but creative entrees like white bean and mushroom gnocchi or wild boar Osso Buco are worth the expense. Ask for a nice bottle of the California house wine, or opt for several more exotic selections.

As the only comedy club in Colorado Springs, it attracts some of the best comics on the circuit. In the past Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen Degeneres and Sam Kinison have graced its stage. The owner likes to mix the acts up so each week changes from straight stand-up to improv to the amazingly popular hypnotist shows. Summit Lounge is a part of Summit, but is an attached lounge to the restaurant. As gorgeous as its bigger sister, it is complete with stylish touches of an interesting green, bar stools, LCD screens and comfy seats. IT is perfect for that aperitif with the boys or a drink after a dinner date. The wine menu here is impressive and the cocktails even more so, with signature cocktails like the Sparkling Summit, Mountain Mint Lemonade or the Caiparissima de Oro to name a few. Being a lounge, it mainly serves as a bar but to beat those little pangs of hunger, guests can enjoy "Small Plates" which are a sample tasting of the dinner menu. Sweet Potato and Pear Soup and Beer and Cheese Fondue are some of the specialties of the delicious fare. Opens everyday at 5pm.
