Casey Brewing and Blending produces Belgian-style beers in small batches and has a huge loyal fan base that swears by the taste and deliciousness of their brews. However, their most popular concoction has to be the barrel-aged sours infused with fresh Western Slope Fruit resulting in a sweet-savory flavor. Other favorites include Saison and Oak Theory. Not only are the beers fermented in vintage-style barrel oaks and aged for months before being blended but they are also prepared with organic ingredients. If you don’t have time to visit this brewery, you can try one of their beers at any one of the numerous distributors spread all over Colorado.
