Ozone, situated on the 118th floor of the Ritz Carlton, is known for its jaw-dropping views of Victoria Harbor and beyond. Accessible via high speed elevator (whose lights dramatically dim as you are transported upwards) from the 103rd floor of the hotel, this bar features futuristic décor created by the Japanese design company Wonderwall. Ozone is equipped with long bar counters that offer a great selection of wines, spirits and specialty cocktails which can be enjoyed with hearty bar snacks like tandoori chicken, sushi, spring rolls and more. This elevated watering hole also hosts a DJ booth and an outdoor deck, facilities that contribute to making Ozone the perfect spot to drink, dance, and dine while soaking in gorgeous views of Hong Kong.

Occupying the top two floors of The Peninsula, the Philippe Starck-designed interior of this exclusive restaurant is beautiful, with luxuriously thick carpets and striking views of the city. Ronin

Ronin, a Japanese style restaurant and bar, is the new addition to the dining scene in Sheung Wan. Owners Lindsay Jang and Matt Abergel have given this tiny restaurant more of a quiet and uncluttered feel, unlike their previous venture, Yardbird. The food here is quite new in taste and technique, and reflects the fine culinary skills of the owners. The fish is fresh and flavorful, with dishes such as uni nori, sashimi platter and smoked silverfish tempura stealing the limelight. The bar area has a great collection of whiskeys and sakes, that perfectly complement the dishes at the restaurant. Ideal for a visit on a special evening.
