This Basilica is located in the Lincoln Village neighborhood south of downtown and it is dedicated to Roman Catholicism. When it was built in 1901, the congregation was primarily the Polish immigrant community and named after the Polish martyr Josephat Kuncevyc. The architecture is beautiful, reminiscent of St. Peter's in Rome, albeit on a smaller scale. Basilica of St. Josephat is open daily for both mass or for a visit.

Built upon a mound at Hubertus, Basilica of Holy Hill National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians is a holy center for Christians and attracts many devotees from afar. It was constructed in 1930 CE and has a Romanesque-revival architectural style. Statues of Saint Joseph and Saint Mary can be seen at the entrance. There are 178 steps that one can climb in order to experience a panoramic view of the city skyline from the church.

Owned and managed by the Wauwatosa Historical Society, Kneeland-Walker Museum and Preservation Center is a remarkable landmark that was built during the 19th century. The site has been beautifully restored by the Wauwatosa Historical Society. The house is a home to several exhibits of the Kneeland and the Walker family. This landmark gets its name from the former owners who resided there. This historic house offers group tours and formal tours for which a minimal fee is charged. The house also conducts several community and private events.

More than a century old, this mansion still stands as a testament to the the beer magnate and his subsequent legacy. Opened to the public in 1978 after extensive renovations, it remains one of the finest residences in the city and no cost or innovation would be spared in its redesign. The whole mansion had electricity and plumbing for nine bathrooms when it was built in 1892, a major architectural triumph. Today it has a state-of-the-art heating system which regulates the heat in the mansion with 16 thermostats and custom-built furniture for the majority of its rooms. Now a major tourist attraction, the mansion can also be rented for weddings, business conferences and other events.

Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery is a gorgeous old brewery that is now is a multipurpose venue, a gift shop, and more. The brewery was built in 1844 and closed down in 1996, only to find new life as this unique spot that has historic ambiance and a friendly atmosphere.
