Christ Church Cathedral is located in the heart of downtown Nashville and is presided over by the bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Tennessee. Long Hollow Baptist Church is one of the largest congregations in the Nashville area. With two campuses, one in Hendersonville and one in Gallatin, Long Hollow serves the largest community of Southern Baptists in Sumner County. The Islamic Center of Nashville provides education and support for Muslims in the Nashville community and those interested in learning more about Islam. Classes are offered on basic Islam, Salat, or Islamic prayer, and the Quran. Assistance is also available for marriage and funeral services for Muslims. The Islamic Center also operates the Nashville International Academy (NIA), formerly the Islamic School of Nashville. The St. Paul's Episcopal Church is a historic church located in Franklin, Tennessee. Built in 1831, this church is a fine example of Gothic Revival style architecture and features red brick exteriors and gable roofs with elegantly designed stained glass windows. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
