The renowned West Chester State College Quadrangle Historic District is a comprehensive group of magnificently structured academic buildings. Its construction and development took place from 1891 through 1940. Most of the prevalent structures exemplify the Colonial revival, Classic Revival and the Collegiate Gothic styles of architecture. Also famously regarded as the Quadrangle Historic District, the site carries terrific monumental value. This has paved its way to the inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.

The Birmingham Friends Meetinghouse was constructed in 1763 is a historic Quaker meetinghouse in Chester County, Pennsylvania. There is a history behind the construction of this meetinghouse. The first Quaker meeting was held in 1690 in Birmingham Township, later in 1718 a meetinghouse was built, and after that the current building was built in 1763. There were several major and minor constructions done to this structure. Among the notable ones was the enlargement of the meeting house in 1819. This structure was added to the National Registrar of Historic Places on July 27, 1971.
