Raio De Busca (milhas)
Gullsmiðja Hansínu Jens

Icelandic jewellery design is slowly gaining recognition for striking imagery and bold design. The work of Hansína Jensdóttir has become known for its bold finish and style. Hansína is both sculptor and goldsmith, and in her jewellery she uses combination of various metals, such as gold and steel. This conflict of unlike materials enhances the contrast in her work, which sometimes takes on the symbolic hues of ice and fire. In addition to metal Hansína uses Icelandic stones to add a further resplendence to her designs.

Heilsuhúsið

Heilsuhúsið is the oldest and best health-food store in Reykjavík. You'll find a great variety of vitamins as well as natural and organic food at Heilsuhúsið. Wheather you prefer to eat macrobiotic or organic, or simply follow a healthy diet, this is the right place to go.

A4

Be it a wide range of office supplies like cartridges, toners, printer inks or writing materials, one can find them at great prices at A4, a busy stationery shop in Reykjavík's eastern part. Part of a popular chain of office supplies stores, this A4 outlet also sells a large collection of school essentials like bags, study materials, puzzles and toys, among other stuff. Those harboring an interest in arts and crafts can shop for craft sets, embroidery products, plaster, clay and scented candles, among other exciting paraphernalia in a thoughtfully designed store layout.

Tulipop

Tulipop was founded in early 2010 by illustrator Signý Kolbeinsdóttir. The store features home and kitchenware that features the colorful world of unique characters created by Signý. From tableware and stationary, to accessories and homeware, you will delight your children (or your inner kid) with these nifty creations. Quickly gaining steam throughout the world, Tulipop products are currently sold in 10 countries with a plethora of fans.

Aftur

At Aftur, they buy old clothes - but not just to resell them. They cut the fabrics into small pieces and sew them together into wonderfully new high-fashion creations. It is no coincidence that the name of the store, "Aftur," means "again" in Icelandic. The concept that clothes get to live again is the boutique's biggest appeal.

Spaksmannsspjarir

‘Wise Men's Clothing', is what the name really means, which is ironic, for Spaksmannsspjarir is an exclusively women's boutique. Enigma may well be the theme of these designs, for they have mystically deep hues and imperial cuts. Not all can carry off the almost ethereal look, but they do have much to select from. Strong, deep materials moulded into feminine works of grace and teamed with just the right accessories: every creation is in a class of its own.
