Egilsborg is a small guesthouse located in a residential area, just a short walk from Reykjavík's main shopping attraction, Laugavegur. It is strategically located just off Reykjavík's main bus terminal. The building is a rather dull one, at least on the outside, but clean, neat and tidy on the inside. The maximum number of guests being very small makes the service personal and friendly. Egilsborg's location and pricing make up for what may be missing as regards luxury and class.
