If you're looking to hear some great jazz music, visit Porgy & Bess. This club is located in the Inner City and has been in business since 1993. Extremely popular with the locals, 1516 Brewery is a great place to go for relaxed drinks, sporting events and celebrations with friends. Its proximity to the opera and its position in the heart of the 1st District make it an easy drop-in spot. With a great menu, this ever jovial international hotspot for young people is where you'll find probably the friendliest staff in the entire city, and that is a remarkable feat within itself!

Want to make your coffee Irish? Then walk into Onyx Bar. Located on the sixth floor of the beautiful Haashaus, the bar is a trendy place to chat over drinks. The lounge is plush with awesome views from the windows. There are many options and the wait staff is pretty accommodating. The crowd is elite but not stand-offish. Group reservations are a must, since preference is given to hotel guests.

This enormous Irish pub is possibly one of the biggest in the world. Tucked away in the 9th District, Charlie P's is usually packed full of patrons around the clock, all week long. Featuring all the classic pieces of an Irish pub, from the stained glass, dark wood and Guinness on tap, Charlie's is Irish through and through. They even offer a traditional menu of pub grub that's served until midnight.

Club Fluc is the preferred local nightspot of the young and artsy crowd in Vienna. The club has stimulating performances almost every night of the week as well as host DJs, live bands, and themed art exhibitions.
