Hallbjarnarstadakambur

Caked to the shores of a lonely beach in Hallbjarnarstadhir, much like layers of forgotten barnacles, the Hallbjarnarstadakambur is a collection of pre-historic fossils. This unusual 'collection' is hidden from plain sight near a remote wharf house, where across the hard wall of a stony cliff, these ancient specimen lay displayed in untouched glory. It is theorized that these are remnants of the sea that has been crashing away at the rocks over the years, leaving in its retreating trail several primordial relics. Now embedded into the walls of the cliffs, the fossils are a protected specimen that risk degeneration, one of the reasons why removing them from their timeless habitat is prohibited.
