"Registered in the Chronicon Casauriense"

It gets its name from the Corvino, or Corbino di Alderamo, the powerful Lombard who founded Collecorvino Castle on April 16, 853, registered in the Chronicon Casauriense. Only some parts of the fortress remain. All the village encircles the square, which is on the hill and has a beautiful view. The monuments here are San Andrea Apostolo, a Baroque church of medieval origins and the San Patrignano convent with a cloister annex. From Pescara take the highway 16 that goes to Cappelle and from here take Route 151.
