This pub is mostly visited by tourists (Scandinavians in particular) and particularly in summer. The Carnaby is a pleasant alternative to mega-discos. It is very close to the sea and divided into three floors. There is good music (a little bit of everything, especially music from the 70's and 80's), small dance floors and corners where you can sit and chat. The 1970's atmosphere suggested by the decor combined with the presence of beautiful German and Swedish girls make this an attractive place to spend an evening.
Caffe Pascucci is an inviting java house found in the heart of the city's marina precinct. Part of a popular chain of cafes, this Rimini outpost features an ambient atmosphere to relish hot, frothy concoctions and chilled libations. This is the most popular bar in Marina Centro where you have to be seen if you want to be a fully paid up member of Rimini's night scene. Built on the lines of Miami's Clevelander bar, Coconuts offers cocktails, outdoor seating which looks out onto the sea, two dance floors (one with dance music and the other Latin American), good quality live music and a quiet corner for chatting and sipping Cuban cocktails. The bar's best period is during July and August. It is for anyone who likes Miami style, Cuba, beautiful people and good fun.
Like being in a science fiction film with extraterrestrial beings who materialize with sophisticated equipment which comes out of a colossal spaceship hovering over one of the four dance floors, all in a furious play of multicolored lights. All this and more at the Altro Mondo Studios (it is not called this by accident), one of the most famous discotheques in Europe, with large spaces (it can hold more than 2000 people), no architectural barriers, open to youth from all over the world. Very popular in both winter and summer, it frequently also hosts festivals and concerts. Do not forget that in the 1970s, Ray Charles and James Brown sang here!
Satellite MusiClub is a hip nightclub in Rimini. Made famous as one of the city's famous rock music venues, it welcomes a thriving crowd of locals and tourists alike. The oldest of the lot, Rose&Crown pub is second to none in Rimini. There are just too many likable things about the club. To start with, the authentic English menu comes with a dash of Italian influence. The breakfast menu comprises of the traditional Indian eggs and bacon. Besides, some of the spaghettis, raviollis and pork dishes here are totally delectable. Although the restaurant entails a rather peaceful and calm atmosphere, when there are live performances held, it could put some of the most happening nightclubs to shame. Don't forget to try variety of beers that the bar has on offer.
This small wine bar in the center of Rimini offers excellent wines, cold meats and typical Romagnolo charm. It is ideal for an aperitif at any time of day and a central meeting place as it is not too far from all the excitement. The premises are also available for hire for small ad hoc receptions.
Bar Ducale is this modest little bar located by the beach near the San Giuliano a Mare in Rimini. What makes it a local favorite is its intimate and cozy seating along with the warm, inviting atmosphere. It may not be the most happening bar in Rimini, but its modest yet pleasant interiors are what draw hordes of youngsters and adults alike here. And the wide array of drinks offered, keep the local bar mongers glued to Ducale. A perfect place to enjoy a round of drinks with your friends.
The Enotecas di Lunano is the brain child of Andrea Bartoccini, who is an art director and the owner of the pub. He invites DJs and other artists from all over to come and perform at the Enoteca di Lunano. Here guests are entertained by all genres of music including ska, rock, the 1980s and more. A very popular venue in Lunano for the young and old alike, there could not be a better place than Enoteca di Lunano to witness the music scene of the city.
La Cantinetta del Pellegrino is a shop and wine bar that offers wines, cheeses and cold meats in a medieval setting in Mondaino, a pretty inland village. It is an excellent place for couples (being very romantic) or for fans of the local cuisine.
A friendly bar/pub that is situated in the heart of "Padella" (the main square in Mondaino). The bar offers a wide selection of snacks and drink, just the thing for those who manage to climb the hill and are in need of sustenance. The place is decidedly pretty, because it is housed inside a medieval castle and because it serves as a testimony to a country style which is quite difficult to find in Romagna. Try a game of Briscola or Tresette with one of the older locals who sit outside!
