The simplest are also the best ones: spaghetti cacio e pepe with pecorino cheese and black pepper or amatriciana are among the favorite pasta dishes. Veal involtini, tender stuffed squids, or rabbit cacciatora-style are interesting main courses. In good weather, tables are available in the small cobbled street out front.
