"Stunning Edifice"
The Gothic building was built in 1508/09 by R. Leroux as an office for the highest court of justice in Normandy. Initially, it used to house the parliament of Normandy, it now functions as a court which is usually not accessible to the general public from the inside. Nevertheless, the ornate facade still attracts visitors in droves and is an important monument especially if you are in the old part of town.
