MARRS (Midtown Art Retail Restaurant Scene)

The Midtown Art Retail Restaurant Scene is a conglomeration of an art gallery (Solomon Dubnick Gallery), restaurants like Luigi's Slice and Fun Garden, clothing stores such as Asha Yoga, and corporate offices such as those of Heller Pacific, all in one. You can also publicize for them by buying any of their MARRS T-shirt merchandise around the place.
