Zamora

Zamora is a small yet beautiful city in Castile y Leon, located near the Portuguese border. It has been given the tag of 'Museum of Romanesque Art' as it has about 24 churches in Romanesque style, highest than any other city in the continent. This tranquil city has a number of landmarks that still induce awe from the visitors. The medieval castle, the Romanesque Cathedral and city walls are some of the most well-preserved structures one can find.
