On a hill overlooking the city on the banks of the River Tormes, this Parador offers spectacular views. Built in Villamayor stone, it was renovated in 1993. Interior decor includes marble and rich mahogany wood. The restaurant offers delectable cuisine including Iberian ham, Hinojosa cheese, tostón (croutons), rosquillas de Ledesma (pastries) and macaroons.
