Matt Lyons opened this brick-and-mortar pizzeria in 2013 after an eight-month stint in Nairobi where he lent his services to develop a Neapolitan-style pizzeria. True to its name, Tribute Pizza is a tribute to the Neapolitan pizza, which has inspired generations of pizza masters to recreate it in their own unique style. The pizzas here spend more time in the oven, resulting in thin crust pizzas that are more crisp and structured than their counterparts in Naples. In addition to the pizzas, they also rustle up amazing pork chops and roasted chicken.
