"Women Empowerment"
In order to honor the women who have contributed to different genres of society, the Women's Museum of California was established in 1983, the woman activist Mary Maschal. The museum has a collection of the great works by women from all over the world who have contributed to science, technology, human rights and much more. It also has a memorial library as well as a research archive where you can a self-study about great women over the centuries. A Hall of Fame was launched in 2001 where every year new names are added to the list of achievements.
